Satisfaction and Return Policy

To protect the safety of our customers from the potential of quality tampering of food items, no food products are eligible for return once purchased. All sales are final on food items.

If you are not completely satisfied with your non-food purchase, simply contact us for a return shipping address, and have the non-consumable product delivered back to us within 14 days of purchase. Returned items must be in re-sellable condition (unopened). Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of postage for return shipping. Customers returning items in the manner described above will receive a full refund of the product price and applicable taxes, reimbursed to the same method of payment when the order was made. Shipping/delivery charges are not refundable.

Bargains/Deep Discounts – Under the Bargains category, we list products that are discontinued, reduced for quick sale, inventory clearances, damaged items, or items approaching freshness dates. There are no returns on these products. Sold as is.

Pricing – We endeavour to keep our overheads low by using repurposed boxes, cartons, starch peanuts, bubble wrap and newspaper to ship your purchase securely. This also allows us to offer you best pricing models, oftentimes far exceeding the SRP. Despite this, market fluctuations include the ups/downs of the Canadian Dollar will influence the prices charged to us by distributors. Therefore we will need to modify product prices accordingly, without notice.


Privacy Protection

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be only accessed as stated above.

Do we use “cookies”?

Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site’s or service provider’s systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. For instance, we use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart. They are also used to help us understand your preferences based on previous or current site activity, which enables us to provide you with improved services. We also use cookies to help us compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future.

You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser (like Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer) settings. Each browser is a little different, so look at your browser Help menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies. If you turn cookies off, you won’t have access to many features that make your site experience more efficient and some of our services will not function properly. However, you can still place orders over the telephone by contacting us.

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party or affiliate links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).



Customers are responsible for submitting orders with a correct billing and mailing address. If an order is lost or returned due to incorrect address, the order may be re-delivered at customer’s cost or, if order is returned, total refund will be issued minus shipping charges already incurred.

All orders are shipped by Canada Post, using Expedited Parcel or Xpress Post as chosen by the customer at checkout, from Monday to Friday with the exception of Statutory Holidays.

If at checkout the shipping options present two identical time guarantees (eg 1-2 days for Expedited and XPress), please select the cheaper option. The service is the same.

We will endeavour to process your order within 48-72 hours of receipt Monday to Friday during standard business hours Mountain Time. Orders are sent out daily when possible. For any items that are not available at the time of ordering, we will contact you with an estimate or ask for your preferences. Out of stock items that are backordered will be shipped with the original order unless the customer wishes to pay a separate shipping charge for the backordered items once they are in back stock.

When your order is processed, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or through PayPal, depending on how you paid for the order.

COLD/HOT Weather Shipping – Products such as essential oils, chocolate, cacao butter, mayonnaise, creamed honey, liquid honey etc., may melt or freeze during shipping in extreme temperatures. While this likely will not affect the efficacy of most products, we cannot control the environment in which products (once surrendered to Canada Post for shipping) are stored and therefore are not responsible for any changes to product consistency caused by extreme weather shipping. Please keep the current temperatures in mind when ordering such items.

US and International orders:
Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of Canada may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
