The aroma of essential oils can exert a powerful calming effect on the mind through their influence on the limbic regions of the brain. Diffuse for 30-60 minutes at bedtime.


  • 3 drops Geranium Essential Oil
  • 2 drops Chamomile Roman
  • 8 drops Lavender Population Essential Oil
  • 4 drops Fir Balsam Essential Oil
  • 12 drops Blood Orange Essential Oil


Step 1
Drop all ingredients into an amber dropper bottle and gently tip back and forth to mix. Do not shake. Use 3-4 drops in a diffuser to help with sleep troubles. Or apply 1-3 drops neat onto shoulders, neck or bottoms of feet.
